Democratic beliefs:
LIBERALS - believe in government action to achieve equal opportunity and equality for all.  It is the duty of the government to alleviate social ills and to protect civil liberties and individual and human rights.  Believe the role of the government should be to guarantee that no one is in need.
Liberal policies generally emphasize the need for the government to solve problems.
Republican beliefs:
CONSERVATIVES - believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense.  Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals.
Conservative policies generally emphasize empowerment of the individual to solve problems.

OBAMA PAYS MUSLIMS TO MOVE TO U.S.

Michigan has the highest population of Muslims in the Unites States. When President Obama took office the United States paid several millions of dollars to have a large number of Palestinians, (All Muslim), immigrated here from Palestine. Why? I have no idea, do you! We don't pay for other persons to immigrate here, and I'm sure that some of those Muslims moved into Michigan with the large current number of Muslims already established there.
So now in Michigan when you call the Public Assistance office you are told to "Press 1 for English. Press 2 for Spanish, or Press 3 for Arabic"!

Boeing deserved nationwide applause for opening a new 787 Dreamliner assembly plant outside Charleston, S.C. The move ensured that thousands of jobs would stay in the United States for years to come.

SOLYNDRA BRIBES OBAMA

Republican lawmakers, escalating the political furor over the collapse of a solar equipment manufacturer that received a $528 million government loan, released excerpts from Obama administration emails Wednesday suggesting that the White House pressed federal officials to wrap up their review of the loan quickly for political purposes.

KEEP PROJECT FUNDING LOCAL

The more local taxes are, the more likely taxpayers are to keep a close eye on how they’re spent. It’s easy to be loose with the checkbook when it’s somebody else’s money i.e. federal or state. funds..
But my primary disagreement with the president isn’t over the state of our infrastructure: Many roads, bridges and airports do need repairs. I reject the idea that most infrastructure and its maintenance should be paid for with federal tax revenue.

In most cases, public- works improvements overwhelmingly benefit the residents of individual states. When states have to pay for spending out of their own budgets, we are far less likely to see whiteelephant projects such as bridges to nowhere and monorails that glide above empty streets.

TO FEAR SHARIAH LAW

“Defeat” is a big word. It is also dangerously misleading. Yes, the United States has made great strides in the last decade to harden targets, improve intelligence and degrade the capabilities of violent Islamist extremists. Osama bin Laden’s death was a major accomplishment. But the fight is nowhere close to being won, and America’s most perilous times may lie ahead. More perilous than terrorism is the threat of Shariah law sponsored by the Muslim religion Islam.

OBAMA SOLAR FIRM LOSES GREEN JOBS

In May 2010 President Obama paid a visit to the California factory of a solar-energy firm known as Solyndra, which the Energy Department had backed with a $535 million loan guarantee. “The future is here,” Mr. Obama declared.

On Thursday, FBI agents came through Solyndra’s doors with a different message: “Search warrant.” The details of the federal investigation are not yet public, but they probably have something to do with Solyndra’s unexpected recent announcement that it is filing for bankruptcy, leaving hundreds of workers jobless — and taxpayers on the hook for almost all of its government- backed loan. The collapse of one of the Obama administration’s signature “green jobs” efforts may mutate from an embarrassment to a scandal.

OBAMA AND GREEN JOBS

 "green jobs" offer a dubious rationale for federal support of clean-energy technology. To the extent that government creates jobs by subsidizing particular companies, it does so by shifting resources that might have created jobs elsewhere. Political favoritism, or the appearance thereof, is an inherent risk; Solyndra's largest private investors are tied to one of Mr. Obama's key fundraisers.  I report U decide.

Not all Muslims are terrorists but all terrorists, except two, are Muslim. A much greater fear than terrorists is Shariah Law sponsored created by the Muslim religion known as Islam.

But there's no escaping the fact that the $447 billion Obama wants to expend on more stimulus plus interest, eventually would come straight out of the debt-ravaged economy he seeks to invigorate.

Teamster Union leader redefined civility in politics. “President Obama, this is your army. ... Everybody here has got a vote. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Republicans, and Rick Perry in particular, have a reasonably strong story to tell about decline. America became great, they explain, because its citizens possessed certain vigorous virtues: self-reliance, personal responsibility, industriousness and a passion for freedom.

But, over the years, government has grown and undermined these virtues. We as individuals no longer have to behave prudently because we know government will bail us out.
