I write from a conservative point of view and do not engage in personal attacks. There are no solutions, only tradeoffs as said by economist Thomas Sowell. This can be seen with most bills passed by congress.

REPUBLICS HEALTHCARE BILL
Republican health care
Under this approach, Republicans would say that the federal government has a role in subsidizing health insurance — a generous role, but not unlimited. The government would provide needy citizens with a predefined amount of money to spend on insurance and allow them to shop in a transparent, regulated, but not micromanaged marketplace. This would require allowace to purchase health insurance from state to state.
The sole intent of Obama's health care reform bill is to bankrupt private insurance carriers in order to pave the way for socialized medicine.
If carriers were (as they should be) permitted to sell across state lines, it would open the market to competition, drive down rates, and increase product/policy quality.
Another item in the Republican bill is addition of tort reform to controll awards on medical malpractice lawsuits. This does not happen in Obamacare as Trial Lawyers donate 97% to Democrat politicians and 3% to Republicans.

UNFAIR "FAIRNESS DOCTRINE"
Fairness Doctrine
Typical of Democrats: "if you don't like something just pass a law". The most recent example of this is the Fairness Doctrine now being supported by most Democrats to be passed as soon as possible. The primary purpose of the doctrine is to censure talk radio which is nearly exclusively controlled by conservative rhetoric. This would give the federal government more unecessary control over our thoughts and give liberals an unfair means to subdue conservative ideology. As seen on Nielsen ratings liberal talk radio is way far behind Sean Hannity, Dennis Prager, Hugh Huwitt, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved and Jason Lewis. This has resulted in a drastic drop in commercial sponsorship sorely needed to fund their programing and this resulted in the loss of Al Franken's show.

4.34] Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great.
ECONOMIC IMPACT OF A NEW STADIUM
Economic impact of new stadium.
An economic impact analysis of the proposed Metrodome Next project was conducted by Conventions,
Sports & Leisure International for the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission. As part of the study,
the economic impact to the State of Minnesota as a result of construction of the proposed facility was
examined.
The economic impact during construction will be 13,400 new jobs, wages $577 million, consruction related expenditures $734 million, economic output $1.35 billion and local and state tax revenue $33.1million.
The economic impact after construction will be 3,400new jobs full time and partime, annual personal income from jobs $106 million, annual direct spending by fans, visiting teams and spending associated with non-viking events $145 million, annual economic output $274 million and local and state tax revenue $32 million.
Of the 3,400 new jobs the average annual income will be $31,176 or $15.59 per hour, not as has been said, $4.00 per hour at McDonalds.

GOVERNMENT CANNOT CREATE JOBS
Govt cannot create jobs
Many people think government can do a great deal to “create” jobs. That was evident in inaugural speeches by newly elected officials such as Gov. Mark Dayton who said his first priority was “to bring more jobs to Minnesota.” During the great depression of the 1930's Franklin Delano Roosevelt did every thing he could to "create jobs", W.P.A., C.C.C. etc. but the unemployment rate did not go below 10% until the start od World War 2.
PHONY OBAMA CLAIMS
Phony Obamacare claims
Two lies used to promote Obamacare: First claim that now refused insurance due to pre-existing conditions and second removed or refused insurace when cost is excessive. ALL LIES.
Pre-existing conditions, by Minnesota health insurance laws, can only be excluded for a maximum of 12 months then are required to pay on such conditions Additionally, when switching plans, your old Minnesota health insurance can be used to credit any pre-existing exclusion period required by your new plan if you have had no breaks in your health insurance coverage.
Finally, all Minnesota health insurance policies must contain a guaranteed renewability provision. This provision ensures that at the end of your Minnesota health insurance policy's term, you always have the option of renewing it for another term. At no time can your policy be canceled because you have fallen ill or have had an accident.

SECURE BORDERS
Republicans Believe Our National Borders Must Be Secured
Our determination to uphold the rule of law begins with more effective enforcement, giving our agents the tools and resources they need to protect our sovereignty, completing the border fence quickly and securing the borders, and employing complementary strategies to secure our ports of entry. Experience shows that enforcement of existing laws is effective in reducing and reversing illegal immigration. (P. 3.)
Our determination to uphold the rule of law begins with . . . completing the border fence
quickly and securing the borders, and employing complementary strategies to secure our ports of entry. (P. 3.)
The rule of law means . . . enforcing the law against those who overstay their visas, rather than letting millions flout the generosity that gave them temporary entry. (P. 3.)
It does not mean driver’s licenses for illegal aliens, nor does it mean that states should be allowed to flout the federal law barring them from giving in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens, nor does it mean that illegal aliens should receive social security benefits, or other public benefits, except as provided by federal law. (P. 3.)
We oppose amnesty. (P. 3.)
OVERREGULATE BY OBAMA
“If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.” Barack Obama was just 25 when President Ronald Reagan uttered those memorable words, but he evidently took them literally. President Obama has set a new standard for boundless government hyperactivity: taxing job creators, over-regulating domestic energy, and subsidizing economic failures like Solyndra.
REPUBLICAN PARTY PLATFORM
Republican Party Platform vs. Democrat Party Platform: Liberty vs. Secular Socialism
Following is a summary of the Republican Party Platform and the Democrat Party platform, with links to both. The topical headings are mine. (I left out some things from the Republican Party platform, such as we are FOR increasing our domestic energy production according to an “all of the above” strategy and we are AGAINST government takeover of our free enterprise healthcare delivery system.)

CASE AGAINST SOCIALISM
Case against socialism
The right to own property is central to man’s existence. Private ownership of property (including land, businesses and goods) gives individuals security and a means to control their own affairs. Ownership brings responsibility and allows individuals to plan for the future so as to provide for themselves and their families. For example, owning a house, a business or some land makes it possible to borrow against that property so that individuals can invest for the future. The lack of private property rights in much of Africa makes such borrowing and investment impossible, and is one reason for the continent's lack of economic growth. The wealth of the earth belongs to all men or to none. Under capitalism, property is concentrated into the hands of relatively few well-off people, leaving the many with nothing and at the mercy of the rich for work, charity, etc. This leads to gross inequality, exploitation and misery. Nor is it economically efficient, as the rich have so much already they have no incentive to use their land productively. Socialism seeks to redistribute wealth and to ensure that the means of production are at the service of the whole of society, so that all can benefit and none will go without.
The drive to succeed as an individual is the strongest motivating factor a human being can feel in their work. When work is uncoupled from reward, or when an artificial safety net provides a high standard of living for those who don’t work hard, society suffers. The fact that individuals are driven to succeed is in all our interests.

OBAMA CREATES JOBS?
CREATE JOBS?
Create jobs? Can this be done by shifting jobs from one group to another?
Obama's noble plan to reward employers to hire veterans and unemployed to fill job openings that already exist does not create a thing. Looks to me like his effort to redistribute the wealth from rich to poor but he is using jobs for the same purpose. Is he not bright enough to unnerstand or will this buy him a lotta votes in coming election. I call this "politics "which is OK but at least admit that it is.
BOEING
BOEING
Obama is doing his best to un-create jobs. He is actively in support of a lawsuit by labor unions by way of National Labor Relations Board to stop creation of a new Boeing production plant in South Carolina. Their given reason for this action is difficult to unnerstand such as " ? , ! / ) k x ? Etc" but the real reason is that South Carolina is a right to work state. This is a brand new plant to build a brand new airplane and will have no effect on production or jobs in their home plant in Seattle Washington. If denied this action Boeing would probably rather build somewhere offshore i.e. China, Mexico, Taiwan or many other choices. This can invalidate his whole Thursday speech on how to create jobs.

FREE BIRTH CONTROL
Free birth control?
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has issued new guidelines ensuring that women will receive birth control and other preventive care for free.
Under the guidelines, health insurance plans will be required to cover women's preventive services -- including annual visits to the gynecologist, breast-feeding support, sexually transmitted infection counseling and domestic violence screening -- without charging a co-payment, co-insurance or deductible.
Ain't nothing for free. As it will be forever , any mandated addition to health insurance policies will naturally create an increase in premium rate. Other examples are coverage for preexisting conditions, coverage for older dependents, plug the doughnut hole ,etc.
Liberals will not stop funding to Planned Parenthood who provide these services for free. That is if you can consider taxpayers money free.

THE CHICAGO WAY
The Chicago way
The Daley boys are adept and skillful and ruthless in the pursuit of power and treasure. The family has controlled Chicago and Cook County for more than half a century. The Daleys are without doubt the best politicians on the planet.
Obama knows this.
And because he wants to get re-elected in 2012, he’ll keep the Daleys around him.
