I write from a conservative point of view and do not engage in personal attacks. There are no solutions, only tradeoffs as said by economist Thomas Sowell. This can be seen with most bills passed by congress.

CIVIL RIGHTS ACT
Civil rights act of 1964
The Civil Rights Act passed on July 2 1964 was supported by 80% of Republicans and 61% of Democrats. The impression I have always seen is that Republicans oppose Civil Rights. I report U decide.
