I write from a conservative point of view and do not engage in personal attacks. There are no solutions, only tradeoffs as said by economist Thomas Sowell. This can be seen with most bills passed by congress.

FRIVOULOUS LAWSUITS
And even as the lawyers were proclaiming that, in the majesty of the law, there is no such thing as a frivolous lawsuit, news broke out of a Chicago suburb of two children in their 20s suing their mother for serving them bad birthday cake and setting curfews for them in high school.

MUSLIMS FAVORED
If Muslims can pray on Madison Avenue, why are Christians banned from praying in public and from erecting religious displays on their holy days?
What happened to our National Day of Prayer? Muslims are allowed to block off Madison Ave. , in N.Y.C., and pray in the middle of the street! And, it's a monthly ritual!
Tell me, again, whose country is this? Ours or the Muslims?

OTTO TITZLING
According to an inventive history of the undergarment that is now widely believed, Titzling came to invent the item while living in a New York boardinghouse in 1912. One of his neighbors was a buxom opera singer named Swanhilda Olafson, and the structural engineering problems she presented inspired Titzling to create a contraption to uphold this lady's ample bosom. In the early 1930s, a French fellow named Phillip de Brassiere began producing a similar undergarment. Titzling sued, but Brassiere won in court, and that is why today we call a lady's frontal uplifter a brassiere instead of a titzling.

mentioned the new voting system by name of Ranked Choice Voting also known as Instant Runoff. There was reply made
by only two of the eight at our table who were bright enough to reconize the meaning of Ranked Choice Voting. It is
no surprize to find that the only ones bright enough to unnerstand just happened to favor the Republican Party.

CLASS ENVY
Say I take you out for dinner and pick up the tab. Whether I can afford it is irrelevant; you still get the free lunch. So why are liberals so obsessed with the incomes of others?
Indeed, for Occupy Wall Street and the Democratic politicians supporting them, raising taxes on the rich remains an article of faith. And it's a convenient theory, if for no other reason than that the well-to-do will always have the "ability" to pay more, at least until you get the last dime.

My dad said that the way to make money for your family is to get up and go to work five days a week or more, save, and invest in the stock market. No guarantee -- but when it comes to ideas that work, I would take the advice of a working man or businessman over the theories of a politician
MAGIC TO CREATE JOBS
From column by Caroline Baum:
3. Short-sighted
Many Democrats, including Obama, define stimulus as "putting money in the pockets of those who will spend it." How, then, does the president justify taking money out of those same pockets?

OBAMA'S GREEN TECH INITIATIVE
President Obama’s Green Tech initiative has become a policy disaster — not only at Solyndra but at one program after another — because its champions ignored basic practical considerations. They were befogged by their own visions of purity and virtue.
TAX POLICY
Tax policy isn’t just about how to raise revenue anymore. Liberals see it as a way to punish the greedy and redress the iniquities of capitalism. Conservatives see tax increases as an assault on the enterprising class perpetrated by arrogant central planners. A tax rate could be seen as just a number signifying an expense, but now it’s a marker in a culture war.

KEYNESIAN (SOCIALIST) POLICIES
KENEYSIAN POLICIES
From publication of Adam Smith's "The Wealth of Nations" in 1776 and until 1936, the standard economic thinking was that it was best for government to keep its hands off the economy. Recessions might occur but market forces also would end them. Government intervention would only make things worse.
“Fiscal stimulus programs” would not, for example, stimulate. Repeated attempts to lower unemployment with easy money would lead to both high unemployment and high inflation.

My Granddaughter Jennifer Madigan is now hospitalized with pelvic contractions at 24 weeks of gestation. At this point of gestation, BABY (not fetus) is viable and able to support independent life and Jennifer is very likely to deliver a living baby soon. Roe v Wade allows abortion up to 27 weeks of gestation and when Republicans of state legislature passed a bill to limit abortion to 20 weeks Gov Marky Dayton vetoed the bill with applause fromall the Democrats in and around the legislature.
COUNTRY SONG ABOUT ABORTION
Country song titled IT AIN'T SAFE TO BE NO WOMB DWELLER
Today I saw you on the ultra sound
You sure ain't very big around,
Warning! warning! little feller,
It ain't safe to be no womb dweller.
Since your momma took the notion,
She can kill you without commotion,
And I ain't got no say about your life,
Cause your momma, she ain't my wife.
But how can they call it "pro choice",
When me and the little feller got no voice?
The supreme court sez it's a woman's choice,
SO DEAR SON, GOOD NIGHT, GOD BLESS YOU.
Music written to this would be appreciated

OBAMA PAYS MUSLIMS TO MOVE TO U.S.
Michigan has the highest population of Muslims in the Unites States. When President Obama took office the United States paid several millions of dollars to have a large number of Palestinians, (All Muslim), immigrated here from Palestine. Why? I have no idea, do you! We don't pay for other persons to immigrate here, and I'm sure that some of those Muslims moved into Michigan with the large current number of Muslims already established there.

SOLYNDRA BRIBES OBAMA
Republican lawmakers, escalating the political furor over the collapse of a solar equipment manufacturer that received a $528 million government loan, released excerpts from Obama administration emails Wednesday suggesting that the White House pressed federal officials to wrap up their review of the loan quickly for political purposes.
KEEP PROJECT FUNDING LOCAL
The more local taxes are, the more likely taxpayers are to keep a close eye on how they’re spent. It’s easy to be loose with the checkbook when it’s somebody else’s money i.e. federal or state. funds..
But my primary disagreement with the president isn’t over the state of our infrastructure: Many roads, bridges and airports do need repairs. I reject the idea that most infrastructure and its maintenance should be paid for with federal tax revenue.
In most cases, public- works improvements overwhelmingly benefit the residents of individual states. When states have to pay for spending out of their own budgets, we are far less likely to see whiteelephant projects such as bridges to nowhere and monorails that glide above empty streets.

TO FEAR SHARIAH LAW
“Defeat” is a big word. It is also dangerously misleading. Yes, the United States has made great strides in the last decade to harden targets, improve intelligence and degrade the capabilities of violent Islamist extremists. Osama bin Laden’s death was a major accomplishment. But the fight is nowhere close to being won, and America’s most perilous times may lie ahead. More perilous than terrorism is the threat of Shariah law sponsored by the Muslim religion Islam.
OBAMA SOLAR FIRM LOSES GREEN JOBS
In May 2010 President Obama paid a visit to the California factory of a solar-energy firm known as Solyndra, which the Energy Department had backed with a $535 million loan guarantee. “The future is here,” Mr. Obama declared.
On Thursday, FBI agents came through Solyndra’s doors with a different message: “Search warrant.” The details of the federal investigation are not yet public, but they probably have something to do with Solyndra’s unexpected recent announcement that it is filing for bankruptcy, leaving hundreds of workers jobless — and taxpayers on the hook for almost all of its government- backed loan. The collapse of one of the Obama administration’s signature “green jobs” efforts may mutate from an embarrassment to a scandal.

OBAMA AND GREEN JOBS
"green jobs" offer a dubious rationale for federal support of clean-energy technology. To the extent that government creates jobs by subsidizing particular companies, it does so by shifting resources that might have created jobs elsewhere. Political favoritism, or the appearance thereof, is an inherent risk; Solyndra's largest private investors are tied to one of Mr. Obama's key fundraisers. I report U decide.

Not all Muslims are terrorists but all terrorists, except two, are Muslim. A much greater fear than terrorists is Shariah Law sponsored created by the Muslim religion known as Islam.
MORE OBAMA STIMULUS
But there's no escaping the fact that the $447 billion Obama wants to expend on more stimulus plus interest, eventually would come straight out of the debt-ravaged economy he seeks to invigorate.

TEAMSTER UNION LEADER
Teamster Union leader redefined civility in politics. “President Obama, this is your army. ... Everybody here has got a vote. If we go back, we keep the eye on the prize, let’s take these son of a bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong.” What would happen if a fiscal conservative said something half as dumb while warming up a crowd before a Ron Paul speech? It would lead network news. And prize-winning essayists would sigh at the knuckle draggers and appear on “The Today Show” to bemoan the anger in our politics, perhaps even racism. And Matt Lauer would wag his finger full of gravitas and bite his lips in frustration.

OBAMA COMMUNITY ORGANIZER
"I have spent most of my career in the private sector starting new businesses and turning around ailing ones. Unlike career politicians who've never met a payroll, I know why jobs come and go," Romney wrote in USA Today, a barb aimed at President Barack Obama whose biggest accomplishment as a community organizer via ACORN.

UNIONS TO RUIN U.S. POSTAL SERVICE
At the same time, decades of contractual promises made to unionized workers, including no-layoff clauses, are increasing the post office’s costs. Labor represents 80 percent of the agency’s expenses, compared with 53 percent at United Parcel Service and 32 percent at FedEx, its two biggest private competitors. Postal workers also receive more generous health benefits than most other federal employees. I report U decide.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Republicans, and Rick Perry in particular, have a reasonably strong story to tell about decline. America became great, they explain, because its citizens possessed certain vigorous virtues: self-reliance, personal responsibility, industriousness and a passion for freedom.
But, over the years, government has grown and undermined these virtues. We as individuals no longer have to behave prudently because we know government will bail us out.

BOEING TO CHINA
In the first week after Congress returns from its August recess the House will vote on a bill preventing the National Labor Relations Board from restricting where an employer can locate in the United States.
The bill is in response to an NLRB lawsuit against Boeing Co. claiming that the manufacturer violated labor law in opening up a new airplane production line in South Carolina. The agency alleged that Boeing was punishing workers in Washington state for past strikes and wants the company to return the work to Washington. Boeing denies the claims.

BOEING TO CHINA?
Boeing corporation moved a portion of its Dreamliner 787 production line from Washington state to a $750 million South Carolina facility after failure to negotiate a contract with unions. Now that the East Coast facility is just three months from initial production, the Obama administration’s National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has filed what may be the largest labor lawsuit in 50 years against Boeing to prevent the South Carolina plant from coming online.

RICK PERRY TO LIMIT LAWSUITS
Rick Perry has also supported tort reform to limit malpractice lawsuits against doctors, and as lieutenant governor he had tried and failed to limit class action awards and allowing plaintiffs to allocate liability awards among several defendants. In 2003, Perry sponsored a controversial state constitutional amendment to cap medical malpractice awards,[29] which was narrowly approved by voters. According to a tort reform advocate, this legislation has resulted in a 21.3 percent decrease in malpractice insurance rates. According to the Texas Medical Board, there has also been a significant increase in the number of doctors seeking to practice in the state.[30]

OBAMA MUSLIM
Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a White Athiest from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's Parents met at the University of Hawaii. WhenObama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His Mother then marriedLoto Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indenosia. When Obama was six years old, the family relocated to Indenosia. Obama attended a Muslimschool in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic School. Obama takes great care to conceal the Fact that He is a MUSLIM. He is quick to point out that He was once a Muslim, But that He also attended Catholic School. Obama's Political Handlers are attempting to make itappear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolledin a wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teachng that is followed by the muslim terroristswho are now waging Jihad against the western world. Since it ispolitically expedient to be a christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barak Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his muslim background. Let us all remain alert concerning Obama's expected presidential candidacy.
HOORAY FOR OBAMACARE
INDIANAPOLIS - Nearly one of every 10 midsized or big employers expects to stop offering health coverage to workers once federal insurance exchanges start in 2014, according to a new survey from a large benefits consultant. This is result of OBAMACARE. Another 20% are not yet sure what to do.
The exchanges, which were devised under the health care overhaul, may offer an alternative for their workers. These exchanges aim to provide a marketplace for people to buy insurance that can be subsidized by the government based on income levels. With government subsidies to exchanges this will put Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Health Partners and all the others out of business and eventually leave us to the mercy of our government. I report, U decide.

PROPERTY TAX REFUND
At this time I am awaiting the receipt of a check for $1'321.87 from the state of Minnesota. This is to pay refund on property tax paid for the year 2010. Hard to unnerstand because property tax funds are divided among the county, municipality and school board and the state issues the refund. This refund is based on amount of tax paid directly or based on tax paid by rental provider but not paid to recipient with annual income over $53,540. Why this limit?
The state was forced to close down for a period of time due to a shortage of funds.

WEALTHY PAY MOST TAX
In 2008, the latest Internal Revenue Service figures confirm, the top 1 percent of tax filers earned 20 percent of adjusted gross income and paid 38 percent of income tax revenues. The top 5 percent earned 34.7 percent of AGI and paid 58.7 percent of income taxes.
The top 10 percent earned 45.8 percent of AGI and paid 69.9 percent of income taxes. Meanwhile, as the Tax Foundation's analysis revealed, the bottom 50 percent earned 12.75 percent of AGI and paid 2.7 percent of income tax revenues. This shows that nearly 50% of U.S. citizens pay no income tax but still have the right to vote. At Boston Tea Party it was taxation without representation now is representation (right to vote) without taxation.
Regarding all federal taxes (capital gains, corporate, death, dividends, excise, income, payroll) an April 2009 Congressional Budget Office study found that for 2006 (the latest numbers), the top 1 percent paid 28.3 percent of all federal taxes.
Fair Tax is a national sales tax set up to be just as progressive our present income tax. Example: I purchased a 1998 Saab Convertible for $8,000 and best friend purchased a fancy Lexus Sedan for $48,000 that resulted in a difference of 6 times amount of tax paid. That's progessive as you can get. Too long to 'splaine so see fair tax by way of google.
Property tax is also progressive Mill rate on a $1,000,000 house is double that of a $150,000 house that is 10 mills to 20 mills.
Bush tax cut favors lower income earners. High rate from 39% to 35% and low rate from 15% to 10% meaning 33 1/3% dollar reduction for low earners and 11% for highest earners.
Tax "loop holes" and "write-offs" are shared equally among high and low earners.
Dayton for rich to pay "fair share" is a true sign of "class envy".
Billy chides me for being Republican and sez he is Democrat because his union sez so. That is sick.

GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM
The lesson of the S&P downgrade is that government is the problem, not the solution. The bailouts, quantitative easing, stimulus and excessive spending have done little, if anything, to ease our economic woes. What they have done is add political uncertainty.
Washington needs to back off and stand down. The only way out of the current mess is a principled commitment to smaller government, coupled with deep, structural cuts in entitlement spending and defense.

TEXAS TAXES
"Texas is one of only nine states without a state income tax. It has done a better job than most states of restraining its debt." as stated in column by Chicago Tribune.
State Sales and Use Tax is imposed on all retail sales, leases and rentals of most goods, as well as taxable services.
Texas cities, counties, transit authorities and special purpose districts have the option of imposing an additional local sales tax for a combined total of state and local taxes of 8 1/4% (.0825)
A good reason for Texas high rate of job creation, 300,000 new jobs or 37% of all new jobs in US, is to not tax the rich their "fair share." This is good reason for U.S. to repeal the Federal income tax and replace with a national sales tax. I report U decide.

FOR MARRIAGE
About 70 percent of poor households with children are headed by single mothers. Today, four of every 10 births are outside marriage. Among Hispanics, the rate is 53 percent, and among blacks, 72 percent. No amount of taxpayers’ money can replace a father. But restoring the relational fabric of society is what churches are called to do.
Christians seeking to fight poverty should aim not for more government intervention but for all children to be raised in the security of a home with a married mother and father. The best circle of protection against poverty is marriage.

OBAMA AGAINST RAISING DEBT CEILING
Here are Obama’s thoughts on the debt limit in 2006, when he voted against increasing the ceiling:
The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that ‘the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.

LIBERAL VS CONSERVATIVE
We all want the same things in life. We want freedom; we want the chance for prosperity; we want as few people suffering as possible; we want healthy children; we want to have crime-free streets. The argument is how to achieve them...
LIBERALS - believe in government action to achieve equal opportunity and equality for all. It is the duty of the government to alleviate social ills and to protect civil liberties and individual and human rights. Believe the role of the government should be to guarantee that no one is in need.
Liberal policies generally emphasize the need for the government to solve problems.
CONSERVATIVES - believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals.
Conservative policies generally emphasize empowerment of the individual to solve problems.
LIBERALS ON ABORTION
A woman has the right to decide what happens with her body. A fetus is not a human life, so it does not have separate individual rights.
The government should provide taxpayer funded abortions for women who cannot afford them.
The decision to have an abortion is a personal choice of a woman regarding her own body and the government must protect this right. Women have the right to affordable, safe and legal abortions, including partial birth abortion.
CONSERVATIVES ON ABORTION
Human life begins at conception. Abortion is the murder of a human being. An unborn baby, as a living human being, has separate rights from those of the mother.
Oppose taxpayer-funded abortion. Taxpayer dollars should not be used for the government to provide abortions.
Support legislation to prohibit partial birth abortions, called the "Partial Birth Abortion* Ban"
(*Partial Birth Abortion: the killing of an unborn baby of at least 20 weeks by pulling it out of the birth canal with forceps, but leaving the head inside. An incision is made in the back of the baby's neck and the brain tissue is suctioned out. The head is then removed from the uterus.)
The terms "left" and "right" define opposite ends of the political spectrum. In the United States, liberals are referred to as the left or left-wing and conservatives are referred to as the right or right-wing. On the U.S. political map, blue represents the Democratic Party (which generally upholds liberal principles) and red represents the Republican party (which generally upholds conservative principles).

THE PATRIOT ACT
USA. PATRIOT ACT
The purpose of the USA PATRIOT Act is to deter and punish terrorist acts in the United States and around the world, to enhance law enforcement investigatory tools, and other purposes, some of which include:
Enhanced interrogation.
Wiretapping on foreign messaging.
The Act dramatically reduced restrictions on law enforcement agencies' ability to search telephone, e-mail communications, medical, financial, and other records; eased restrictions on foreign intelligence gathering within the United States; expanded the Secretary of the Treasury’s authority to regulate financial transactions, particularly those involving foreign individuals and entities; and broadened the discretion of law enforcement and immigration authorities in detaining and deporting immigrants suspected of terrorism
Congress enacted the Patriot Act by overwhelming, bipartisan margins, arming law enforcement with new tools to detect and prevent terrorism: The USA Patriot Act was passed nearly unanimously by the Senate 98-1, and 357-66 in the House, with the support of members from across the political spectrum. This act was extended for three months last Februray with most Republicans in favor and most Democrats in opposition. Their reason to oppose is fear of violation of civil rights and of privacy.

DAYTON APPEALS TO THE EMOTIONS OF THE MASSES.
according to the IRS, the top 1 percent pay roughly 39 percent of all income taxes. State tax rates are similar to federal, so earning 20 percent of all income while paying 39 percent of income taxes seems like “chipping in.” Either Gov. Dayton is ignorantly unaware of this fact or he’s willing to sacrifice the property rights of a minority in order to appeal to the emotions of the masses.

QURAN 4:34 ENCOURAGE MEN TO BEAT WOMEN
No.2 "Men have authority over women because God has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is high, supreme." (Dawood's version of the Koran, Quran, 4:34)
OBAMA AGAINST RAISE OF DEBT CELING IN 2006
As a senator, Barack Obama said in 2006 that a bill to raise the debt limit was “a sign of leadership failure.” but now sez "it's different"
THE STORY ABOUT OBAMA'S MOTHER, CANCER AND INSURANCE? NOT QUITE TRUE.
On the same day that President Obama peevishly walked out of debt-ceiling negotiations with congressional leaders, The New York Times reported that the White House had declined to challenge an account in a new book about Obama's most compelling argument for health care reform - the tale of his mother Ann Dunham's final days fighting with insurance companies about coverage for her cancer treatment.
No one who followed the 2008 presidential race could have missed the story, which Obama told more than once, of Dunham's death from uterine and ovarian cancer at age 52. As told by Obama, his mother was fighting until her last breath with an uncaring insurance company about payments for her treatment. The company wouldn't pay, Obama reported, because his mother's cancer was considered a pre-existing condition. Eliminating pre-existing conditions as an obstacle to insurance coverage was a central tenet of health care reform and the Affordable Care Act that has resulted.
"I will never forget my own mother, as she fought cancer in her final months, having to worry about whether her insurance would refuse to pay for her treatment,"
FIRST LIE: The truth is that she had full coverage on her employers private healthcare plan to pay all medical expenses. The policy denied was a disability policy , designed to pay all other expenses other than medical expenses, that she applied for when she was already disabled. That is a pre-exising condition.
SECOND LIE: The truth is that he was not sitting at her bedside leading to her death while campaigning for offie in Illinoise and arrived in Hawaii the day after she died.

COUNTRY SONG ABOUT ABORTION
Country song titled IT AIN'T SAFE TO BE NO WOMB DWELLER
Today I saw you on the ultra sound
You sure ain't very big around,
Warning! warning! little feller,
It ain't safe to be no womb dweller.
Since your momma took the notion,
She can kill you without commotion,
And I ain't got no say about your life,
Cause your momma, she ain't my wife.
But how can they call it "pro choice",
When me and the little feller got no voice?
The supreme court sez it's a woman's choice,
SO DEAR SON, GOOD NIGHT, GOD BLESS YOU.
Music written to this would be appreciated

REPRESENTATION WITHOUT TAXATION
The original Tea Party dated December 16, 1773 in the colony of Massachsetts was the result of taxation without representation..There is no question to the nobility and validity of this action nor the positive result it had on our brand new country'
As it is today the top 1% 0f earners pay 38% of all federal income tax and the bottom 51% pay no income tax at all which brings on representation without taxation. Representation without taxation is as threatening to our national character as is taxation without representation. Those who do not pay taxes - that is, who are not pulling their weigh in the community- have a good reason to vote for more and more government services. That will lead to more depenency making this country more like a European welfare state, aka socialism. This country was built on personal responsibility, hard work and risk taking.
The vote of those not paying taxes surely goes to lur most liberal candidates who buy votes with generous promises to spend more and more. I, because I paid no income tax the past year, would gladly give up my right (in reality a privelege) to vote along with the rest of those who pay no tax.

DIRTIEST EVER POLITICAL TV COMMERCIAL
World's dirtiest ever political commercial shown in to promote election of Democrat Kathy Hochul to the 26th congressional district of New York State. Opening comment: "With pretty boy Paul Ryan's (personal attack) draconian and savage cuts to medicare in his budget proposal we have to ask ourselves, Is America still Beautiful?
An elderly wheelchair-bound woman enjoys an outing as an unidentified man (made to resemble Paul Ryan)in a business suit pushes her through some seaside parkland. The birds are chirping. Strains of "America the Beautiful" ring out. The woman smiles.
Then, something appears to be wrong. The man is steering her the wrong way. She fights. She struggles--and then her sinister caretaker dumps her over the cliff.
The disturbing ad is the work of a left-leaning (Democratic) group called the Agenda Project; you can watch it on www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGnE83A1Z4U .

REPUBLICAN THOUGHTS
Limit the size and control of government over our lives and limit regulations. Example: Obamacare.
With every right and privelege there is a corresponding duty and responsibility. Violated by ACLU.
There are no solutions, only tradeoffs. Liberals say "if you do not like something, just pass a law."
Personal responsibility in the consumption of food act passed by Mn legislature, vetoed by Governor Dayton
Ban abortion after 20 weeks of gestation. Vetoed by Governor Dayton.
Picture I.D. for voting. Vetoed by Governor Dayton.
Real and true fear of Shariah Law. Based on Islam and Muslim ideology.
Profit drives innovation. As seen by the liberal establishment "profit is a sin".
John 3:16. Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink.
DEMOCRAT LACK OF THOUGHT
Democrats are for the little guy"

TAX THE RICH
Gov. Mark Dayton's-tax the-rich philosophy will not create one job or help to expand Minnesota's business economy. He wants to give everyone a fish when we should be giving everyone a fishing pole (i.e., a job).
Free-market thinkers like those in the Tea Party know this, and that is why they have much in common with the most successful in our state.
Democrats at every opportunity claim that Bush's tax cuts "are only for the wealthy". This is an outright lie and the liars should know better. The tax rate for the highest earners dropped from 39% to 35% to give an 11% reduction in tax dollars and the tax rate for lowest earners dropped from 15% to 10% to give a 33 1/3% reduction in tax dollars. There are no special loop holes or write-offs for the wealthy as is often said.

U.S.HAS HIGHEST WORLDWIDE CORPORATE TAX RATE
G.E. reply to charges that they paid no inc0me tax for 2010.
G.E. officials "say that these measures are necessary for G.E. to compete against global rivals," the Times writes. And company spokesman Anne Eisele says that "G.E. is committed to acting with integrity in relation to our tax obligations. ... At the same time, we have a responsibility to our shareholders to legally minimize our costs. Any clear minded taxpayer would pay tax to the one with lowest tax rate and that would include myself. When a corporation is taxed the tax is paid by all of us. Corporate taxes are paid twice. First 35% on corporate earnings then tax on the dividend received by shareholders. This is a good reason for GE to move operations to countries where taxes are more reasonable.
Removal of corporate income tax would surely lower prices and bring a large increase in exports due to the lowered prices.

Free-market thinkers like those in the Tea Party know this, and that is why they have much in common with the most successful in our state.

COUNTRY SONG ABOUT ABORTION
Country song titled IT AIN'T SAFE TO BE NO WOMB DWELLER
Today I saw you on the ultra sound
You sure ain't very big around,
Warning! warning! little feller,
It ain't safe to be no womb dweller.
Since your momma took the notion,
She can kill you without commotion,
And I ain't got no say about your life,
Cause your momma, she ain't my wife.
But how can they call it "pro choice",
When me and the little feller got no voice?
The supreme court sez it's a woman's choice,
SO DEAR SON, GOOD NIGHT, GOD BLESS YOU.
Music written to this would be appreciated.

PIONEER PRESS SUNDAY JUNE 19
The recent TV ads run by supporters of Gov. Mark Dayton demonstrate a crisis in character, or deep ignorance. The ad shamelessly states that Republicans in the Legislature are protecting the greedy top 2 percent of wage earners from paying their fair share of income taxes by asking, “Can’t they just chip in a little?”
According to the IRS, the top 1 percent of wage-earning households account for roughly 20 percent of all income. Based on the TV ad, you’d think the top 2 percent have figured out a way to avoid paying income taxes altogether.
Also, according to the IRS, the top 1 percent pay roughly 39 percent of all income taxes.
Wanting what other people have is a somewhat normal. However, taking an ever-increasing share of somebody’s possessions, even if you want to spend it on other people, demonstrates a deep crisis in character. There is nothing admirable or noble about spending other people’s money.
Let’s live within our means (the $34.2 billion in the state’s checkbook). This amount happens to match the budget passed by the state Legislature.
Lastly, let’s start telling the truth and stop playing on people’s emotions to get our way.

HIGHEST TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH IS A LIE
The highest percentage cuts went to the lowest bracket taxpayers in 2003 and the lowest percentage cuts went to top bracket taxpayers.
The highest bracket rate cut was only 11.61% (39.6% to 35%).
The lowest bracket rate cut was 33 1/3% (15% to 10%)
Note. The 1961 Kennedy tax cut is exactly the same as the Bush tax cut. Democrats, including Obama, claim the Bush tax cut was only for the wealthy.

DAYTON RICHES HELD IN SOUTH DAKOTA AND ELSEWHERE FOR LOWER TAXES
St. Paul- Republican Party of Minnesota leaders today called on Democrat gubernatorial candidate Mark Dayton to disclose any and all financial assets he shelters outside of the state of the Minnesota. During his campaign, Dayton has repeatedly demanded that the “rich” pay their “fair share” in taxes, but Dayton has long benefitted financially from trusts that are sheltered for tax purposes in South Dakota and holdings in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands. "fair share?"
REDUCED TAX RATES INCREASE TOTAL REVENUE
High marginal tax rates discourage work effort, saving, and investment, and promote tax avoidance and tax evasion. A reduction in high marginal tax rates would boost long term economic growth, and reduce the attractiveness of tax shelters and other forms of tax avoidance. The economic benefits of ERTA were summarized by President Clinton's Council of Economic Advisers in 1994: "It is undeniable that the sharp reduction in taxes in the early 1980s was a strong impetus to economic growth." Unfortunately, the Council could not bring itself to acknowledge the counterproductive effects high marginal tax rates can have upon taxpayer behavior and tax avoidance activities.
Since 1984 the JEC has provided factual information about the impact of the tax cuts of the 1980s. For example, for many years the JEC has published IRS data on federal tax payments of the top 1 percent, top 5 percent, top 10 percent, and other taxpayers. These data show that after the high marginal tax rates of 1981 were cut, tax payments and the share of the tax burden borne by the top 1 percent climbed sharply. For example, in 1981 the top 1 percent paid 17.6 percent of all personal income taxes, but by 1988 their share had jumped to 27.5 percent, a 10 percentage point increase. The graph below illustrates changes in the tax burden during this period.

DAYTON NOT TO COMPROMISE
I’m thoroughly confused by Gov. Dayton’s actions. He and members of his party have complained that the Republican majority has presented a budget full of cuts. Let the facts present the truth: During this time of fiscal crises, he was given a record-setting 6 percent budget increase. His favorite agencies, overseeing K-12 education and health care, get even larger increases.
While Dayton now demands an additional $2 billion, he refuses to say where or how he would spend it.
To make up for the shortfall, he proposes to tax the rich, making Minnesota’s best producers the highest taxed in the nation. Have we not driven enough businesses, jobs and capital from this state and nation?
Isn’t it interesting that an ad campaign spending a million dollars and funded by the benefactors of his largess demand still more money?
The governor should end the confusion and sign the proposed record-setting budget, lest more damage be done to our fragile economy.

OBAMA TO KILL BOEING
Boeing was retaliating illegally against its largest union when it decided in 2009 to put a second 787 Dreamliner assembly line in a nonunion plant in South Carolina, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) charged in a complaint filed Wednesday.
To remedy the alleged violation, the complaint says, Boeing should be ordered to operate the second line at a union plant in the state of Washington. Obama can accomplish this by executive order and force boeing to abandon it's plant in South Carolina to provide 1000 new jobs with no reduction of jobs in Washington state.

WITHOLDING TAX
The withholding tax has fooled Americans to see April 15 as refund day rather than tax day.
BY TIM PAWLENTY
America is in serious economic trouble and President Obama does not have an economic plan, he just has a campaign plan. Leadership isn’t about doing what’s popular; it’s about doing what’s right. I’m committed to tackling the hard problems to get our country back on track.
He won’t eliminate the deficit and debt. I will.
He won’t cut spending. I have, and I will.
He won’t fix our entitlement programs. I will.
He won’t look Americans in the eye and tell them the truth. I will.

BEST TO BALANCE BUDGET WITH SALES TAX
So why do some people still feel it's "fair" to pick on a minority of individuals? The answer is when the minority is the top 2 percent of income earners. In a misguided sense of justice, Gov. Mark Dayton has rationalized the acceptability of bullying a minority, since it matches his version of the greater good.
If this state really needs more money, then why not propose a sales tax increase that affects all of us equally? Sales tax in this state excludes necessities (e.g., food, shelter, clothing, medical), so by definition any purchase subject to sales tax is a discretionary purchase.

WATCH OUT FOR MUSLIM SHARIAH LAW
"There is much about the Middle East that needs changing. It was always a matter of time, for example, before the people would rise up and demand freedom." This from a column in Sunday Pioneer Press. As mandated by Islamic Shariah Law women cannot vote, leave the home alone, are blamed for rape and many other rights enjoyed by western cultures. Fourteen year-old girl named Hena was beaten and raped and she was accused and found guilty of adultery by the village Imam
Hena managed to withstand 70 lashes before collapsing and requiring hospitalization. She died of her injuries. An autopsy, incredibly, ruled her death a suicide.

THOMAS SOWELL ON GORVENMENT HAND-OUTS
This is the vision promoted by many politicians and much of the media. But, in the world of reality, it is not even true for most people who are living below the official poverty line.
Most Americans living below the official poverty line own a car or truck-- and government entitlement programs seldom provide cars and trucks. Most people living below the official poverty line also have air conditioning, color television and a microwave oven--and these too are not usually handed out by government entitlement programs.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are by no means unheard of in low-income neighborhoods, where children would supposedly go hungry if there were no school lunch programs. In reality, low-income people are overweight even more often than other Americans.

WAGES RISE FASTER THAN PRICES
Over the past 20 years hourly wages have risen more than prices. Numbers taken from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Stasticis indicate that hourly wages have risen by 102% and prices by 67% over that time. Look at the numbers: Average wage index 1990 at $20,099 and 2010 at $40,711 for an increase of 102%. Consumer price index 1990 at 130.7 and 2010 at 218.0 for an increase of 67%.

This would be the case if health insurance were to be sold from state to state.

Liberals and ACLU are large on rights but never mention responsibilities.
