Repeal Amendment To Be Introduced In Congress Today Amendment Will Give States The Option To Repeal Federal Laws Or Regulations

Washington, D.C., Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY) and Congressman Rob Bishop (R-UT) will introduce the Repeal Amendment in Congress on Thursday, May 12, 2011. A press conference will be held today, May 12, 2011 in the U.S. Capitol room S-325, Senate Radio-Television Gallery Studio at 1:45 p.m. EDT to unveil the “Repeal Amendment” which is a resolution that would amend the U.S. Constitution to give states the option to repeal any federal law or regulation so long as 2/3 of the states are in agreement.
