I write from a conservative point of view and do not engage in personal attacks. There are no solutions, only tradeoffs as said by economist Thomas Sowell. This can be seen with most bills passed by congress.

House resolution 572
To mandate those that manufacture machinery to create hydroelectric power to use only American made parts.
Failed to pass with 182 votes for and 237 votes against by party line. Republicans all no and Democrats all yes.
